Q: How long do orders take to arrive?
A: Orders are shipped from our various partnered warehouses from around the world. While we are based in Colorado in the United States, we are able to get you the best prices on our clothes by utilizing international trade. While we cannot guarantee a specific time your order will arrive, we can estimate a couple of things: Generally it takes between 2-7 days to get an order processed to be ready to ship. Shipping generally takes between 7-12 days. As a rule of thumb, expect a maximum time of 30 days for your order to arrive, and an average time of 2 and 3 weeks. Keep in mind, some orders are custom printed and hand sewn. These products will generally take much longer to arrive for obvious reasons.
Q: I didn't get an order confirmation! Where is it?
A: Please check your spam folders, sometimes our system gets redirected to spam folders and customers are unable to find it at a first glance.
Q: My order hasn't shown up yet! What do I do?
A: First, please check if your bank account has been charged, and if the order confirmation was sent to your email. If both of these have happened, then your order should be on the way. If by 30 days you do not receive your order, shoot us an email at the email address on our contact page, and we will try to get in touch with you as soon as possible. Please note that all sales are final and that returns will only be made for clothing that has not arrived.
Q: Can my order be canceled?
A: Once placed, orders cannot be canceled as we send your orders to our fulfillment team as quick as possible to ensure that your products are delivered in a timely manner.
Q: I only received part of my order in the mail! Where's the rest of it?
A: Various items on our site come from different warehouses we partner with. Unfortunately, these items will sometimes arrive at different times. If it has been over 30 days since your item has been ordered and it still has not arrived, please email us and we will try to work with you to come to a solution.
Q: Is my information shared with other companies?
A: Your information is never shared with other companies. That would be bullshit!
Q: I'd like to make a return, what's your return policy?
A: Returns may only be made on items that have been purchased but never received. If you require a signature on an item and never make the attempt to sign for it, True Bullshit does not take any responsibility for abandoned items.
